new bold sauce - Digiorno pepperoni rising crust
The new sauce is horrible!!! We were long-time DiGiorno customers and enjoyed a few each week. When they came out with the new Bold flavor, we tried it - my entire family hated it. I sent a note to DiGiorno to voice our complaint - they offered to send me coupons for free pizza to replace the product we didn't like. I told them that would be useless, since we did not like the new flavor and wouldn't buy it. They sent the coupons anyway - I threw them in the trash, which is where this product belongs. I worked for a leading consumer company for over 30 years - if I had been responsible for such a consumer mess-up as this one, I would have expected to be fired! Clearly, someone didn't do a very good job of checking out consumer preferences BEFORE changing a winning product.
